Alliance Bank of Swan Corporate Center serves as the regional headquarters for Western Alliance Bank which occupies the first floor of the building. Occupying the second floor is Research Corp, a near century old foundation dedicated to the advancement of science and technology. Lying just opposite the Arete Complex, another Eglin/Cohen designed Office Building of similar size and proportion, Alliance Bank helps to anchor the entrance to Swan Corporate Center as well as the terminus of Camp Lowell Road.
