The Arete Complex is the Tucson headquarters of Arete Associates, an advanced science and engineering firm that operates nationally. The 36,000 square foot structure is the centerpiece of the Village Offices development, also an Eglin/Cohen designed office complex, consisting of an additional 125,000 square feet of office space. The Arete Complex is sited within the boundaries of the Fort Lowell Historic District and has been the recipient of numerous awards for bridging the divide between contemporary and traditional architecture in this historically sensitive zone.
