Located in Central Tucson, the new headquarters for Triumph Builders is actually an amalgamation of two previously existing structures. Despite its contemporary appearance, this building was once two separate light-industrial warehouses which had fallen into disrepair. Managing to save the intricate wood truss roof structure, the entire building was gutted and the two structures were unified. As a testiment to its previous life, the office building actually has two finished floor elevations. In keeping with the spirit of sustainability, many of the interior finishes are fashioned out of recycled building components.
